  1. Courses & Digital Products
    • Once a course or digital product has been accessed/downloaded, it is non-refundable.
    • If you experience technical issues that prevent access, please contact us at contact@gyaanworld.com, and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be fixed.
  2. Live Classes / 1:1 Sessions
    • Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
    • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.
    • If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may request a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
  3. Subscriptions
    • You may cancel your subscription anytime.
    • Refunds for subscription fees are available only if cancellation is made within 7 days of the initial purchase and the services have not been significantly used.
    • After this period, no partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
  4. Technical Issues
    • If our platform is unavailable for an extended period due to technical problems, we may offer compensation or partial refunds at our discretion.
